Atlántico de Lanzarote.
This museum is in
the south of the island, about 300 metres from Bahía de las Coloradas. It
counts with more that 300 sculptures ubicated at 12 meeters depth. They occupy 2500
squared meters.
The author is the
british artist Jason deCaires Taylor, ecologist and diver. The sculptures are
realized with ecofriendly materials and
that actually help with the creation of
artificial coral reefs.
Another peculiarity is that the figures have been sculpted using as a mold
people living in Lanzarote. Some of them refer to the traditions of the island,
as a tribute to its people.
Some special

For whom is
