When you arrive at Lanzarote airport, collect your luggage and go through the custom.
You will find our airport reps. waiting for you, with a white signboard with the brand First Minute Travel on it (in case of arrival at the terminal 2 you will find our airport representatives, just outside the airport, close to the parking).
In case of arrival, you should indicate the estimated landing time, on the other side, in case of departure you should indicate the proper pick up time from your accomodation in Lanzarote or Gran Canaria.
Our local representatives monitor all the incoming flights. The driver will wait for you at the airport, even if your flight is delayed (maximum until 10 PM).
Shared transfer means that we combine our passengers from the same arrival time and the same area and take them together. Sometimes the estimated time in the user report can be 20-30 minutes in the day and rush hour. The estimated delay time on the way back to the airport can be 5 to 10 minutes.
The shared transfer is the cheapest option available, in this case the company will decide the pick up timings according to the planning.
On the other side you can select also a private transfer, just for you as direct service from/to the airport and you can decide which is the most suitable pick up timings.

Our buses will have a sign on the front of the bus with the First Minute Travel brand and our logo.
Our guides will meet you at the bus stop assigned on your ticket. We always recommend being at the appropriate pick-up point at least 5 minutes before.
It`s no possible to reserve in advance the seats on the bus.
If you have specific needs please let us know and we will try to do our best to accomodate your request even if it`s not 100% guaranteed.
The lunch is not included in the price of the excursion but we have a deal with local restaurants so you can enjoy quality food for a cheap price.
If you have special needs (vegetarian, allergies…) you can comment directly with our Guide, the day of the excursion.
Children under 2 years old are considered as infants and they can attend the excursion for free. They should seat on parent`s lap, it`s not possible to reserve a seat. It`s possible to carry a baby stroller but it should be a foldable model, so that to be stored in the proper compartment of the bus during the trip.
There are no discounted fares for disabled people. The customer should be able to travel without needing assistance and we can only accommodate a folding wheelchair.
We cannot guarantee the seats reservation on the bus, but in case of specific needs we will try to do our best to accommodate your request.
We offer excursions in English, German, Spanish and French, as they are the languages most requested by our customers.
For groups of at least 10 people, we can organize excursions also in other languages.
