New edition of the Rally Island of the Volcanoes

Less than a month is missing for the Rally Island of the Volcanos 2019, to start. This year it will take place in Lanzarote the next 1st and 2nd of November.

The popular competition, belongs to the national of land rallies. The event will count with big experts teams and with some novelties according to the past.

Organization changes

This edition will be the XXII of the Rally Island of the Volcanoes and there is a new organization. Todo Sport, in collaboration with FALP (Federación de Automovilismo de Las Palmas) will be the ones in charge of the take over.

The headquarter and the career direction will be located in Arrecife. Just there, there will also be the assistance zone for the teams and the closed park. On the other hand, it is where the starting ceremony and the awards will take place.

How will be the route

On November the 1st,  recognitions are scheduled in addition to all relevant verifications. On the other side, it will be the time for the shakedown to make the last adjustments to the cars before the race. The qualification will determine the starting order of the participants.

The following day, November the 2nd, at the Rally Island of the Volcanoes, there  will be 11 special timed. They will have to complete more than 96 km timed.

This will add approximately 38% of the test, out of a total of 250 km.

Open enrollments

Every team that would like to register to attend the Rally Island of the Volcanoes, can do it until October the 24th.
